INDEPENDENT PROJECT REPRESENTATION
We look a bit closer.
CDC Consulting represents the property owner. We help coordinate the people, information and work involved in new builds and renovations — keeping quality, progress, measurements and the client's interests in focus.
01
Who?
CDC Consulting is an independent project representation and consulting service founded by Chanine De Clercq, with practical experience across the building industry.
02
What?
CDC works on behalf of property owners to coordinate contractors, subcontractors and the professional team throughout the building process.
03
Why?
Because a building project has many moving parts. Independent oversight helps keep the work coordinated, measured, monitored and focused on the client's interests.
01 / WHO IS CDC?
An experienced representative in your corner.
CDC Consulting brings practical construction experience together with independent project oversight.
Your project.
Your interests.
Someone looking a little closer.
Founded by Chanine De Clercq, CDC Consulting was built from a lifelong connection to the construction industry.
Chanine grew up around building sites through her father, a contractor. Her experience later developed through technical studies, architectural drafting, site operations, precast concrete manufacturing, sales and ready-mix concrete.
That background provides an understanding of the building process from more than one perspective.
CDC's role is to bring that practical understanding into the project on behalf of the property owner.

02 / WHAT DOES CDC DO?
Bringing the moving parts together.
A building project can involve architects, engineers, builders, contractors and subcontractors, all working towards the same end result.
CDC helps coordinate that information and activity on the client's behalf.

03 / WHY CDC?
Because someone should be looking
beyond the obvious.
Building or renovating a property can be complicated. The owner may not have the time, technical knowledge or desire to coordinate every contractor, inspect every detail and keep track of every outstanding item.
CDC provides an independent point of representation focused on the owner's interests.
01
Independent
CDC works for the property owner rather than representing the contractor or subcontractors.
02
Practical
Understanding what is happening on site, not simply what is written on paper.

Detail Driven
Looking closely at workmanship, finishing, defects and outstanding work.
04

04 / THE BIGGER PICTURE
From the first conversation to handover.
CDC's involvement can extend across the project, depending on what the property owner needs.

05 / DETAIL MATTERS
The small details are rarely small.
Good project coordination is not only about knowing what should happen next. It is also about noticing what has been missed, what is incomplete and what needs attention before the project moves forward.
That is why CDC places such importance on actual progress, measurements, quality control and snagging.
